Many of our team members have owned, flipped, and rented their own properties. We understand what it means to have skin in the game. We hire against a strict set of core values, use title companies we trust, and operate out of our hometown of Richardson, TX, because this community is ours, and we treat it like it.

Jacob Davenport
Founder, Rise Realty DFW
Jacob is a proud Texas A&M graduate who grew up learning the value of hard work from his dad, one swing of a hammer at a time. Those early lessons sparked a passion for real estate that never faded. Over the years he turned that foundation into a portfolio of rental properties, and eventually into Rise.
Richardson is home, and that matters to Jacob. He founded Rise with a commitment to operating locally, investing in the community, and building a team that reflects the values he was raised with. Support local isn’t just a bumper sticker, it’s how Rise does business.
Caleb leads Rise’s day-to-day operations and sets the tone for how the team shows up for sellers. A husband and father of four, he’ll tell you his favorite part of this job has nothing to do with real estate, it’s the people. He’s sat across from WWII veterans, politicians, inventors, and more great-grandparents than he can count. (The record holder had 37 grandchildren. The search continues.) Every home has a story, and Caleb never gets tired of hearing them.
Ksenia is the backbone of Rise. If something is running smoothly, there’s a good chance she’s the reason why. She keeps the team organized, the process tight, and somehow still finds time to show up with a new recipe for everyone to try. The team has learned not to skip those Mondays.
Sam is a Dallas native and proud Highland Park Scot, Go Scots!, who brought the same drive from the football field to the world of real estate. A 2026 University of Oklahoma graduate, Sam joined Rise ready to build relationships and create opportunities for sellers across the metroplex.
Colby was born and raised in Tyler, TX, and proud of it. He still lives there with his wife and their two dogs. (Yes, he makes the commute. Yes, he’ll tell you it’s worth it.) His connection to Rise goes back further than most: he first crossed paths with Caleb when Colby was in high school and Caleb was his camp counselor. Some things are just meant to be.
Makenzee brings creativity and consistency to everything Rise puts into the world. A DFW local with a background in communications and digital content, she believes great marketing isn’t about being loud, it’s about being genuine and worth someone’s time. She’s also the first to notice when the team needs a laugh.
Alexandria is often the first voice a seller hears after they reach out, and she takes that seriously. With a natural gift for making people feel heard, she bridges initial contact and the in-person appointment with warmth and professionalism. She’s passionate about people, fiercely organized, and exactly who you want in your corner when navigating something big.
